Business Innovation & Growth (BIG), a membership non-profit organization, aims to create an intimate community of like-minded, high potential entrepreneurs and provide a meaningful and rewarding peer-to-peer exchange among those facing similar challenges with growing their businesses.
BIG is the “safe haven” for entrepreneurs to share challenges and mistakes, as well as successes, thereby feeling rejuvenated and energized to conquer that next big hurdle.
BIG educates members on best practices for growth-oriented companies and provides “concierge services” (resources and access) which would not otherwise be available to the entrepreneur. The programming is tailored to the CEO and key people of the executive teams to ensure a greater potential for success with the member companies.
BIG has two levels of membership termed Pathfinders and Trailblazers. Trailblazers are mid-to later-stage entrepreneurial companies that have achieved on average 20% annual growth. Pathfinders are start up and early-stage companies that exhibit high-growth and high-impact potential.
