" Successful execution of an early stage company requires discipline. How to manage your business using your business plan."

Most entrepreneurs put business plans in a drawer and never refer to them unless they’re raising capital. Mark Mahoney with Jack Rabbit Technologies literally manages his business daily using his business plan to achieve his business goals. He doesn't waste time with scattered, unproductive, unfocused activities. His company has continued to experience accelerated growth due to his disciplinary methods.

Although this is a Pathfinder event, Trailblazers, you are welcome to join us too.

Mark Mahoney, CoFounder:

Mark Mahoney’s passion is solving business problems with technology. Mark has been involved in organized youth sports since 1973 and has instructed, coached and owned sports facilities. Mark developed Class Master, a class management system, in the 80's and sold it to another company. Due to the large number of old clients asking Mark to develop another system, he decided to build a web-based application to eliminate the need for owners to worry about database backups, software updates and technical issues.

Mark brings 22 years of experience in information technology and has sold over 20 million dollars in software and services. Mark serves on the MIS Advisory Board for the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. He also serves on several committees within the Information Technology Council for the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce.

Mark holds a BBA from the University of Georgia and enjoys marathons, water skiing and backpacking. Mark loves living in Charlotte and spending time with his wife Cheryl and children: Alice Ann, Christian and Katie Ann.
