Paulette Ashlin Bio:
Paulette Ashlin is President of Ashlin Associates, LLC, a firm specializing in executive/employee coaching and development, human resources consulting, and productivity. Her 20+ years of business experience include leading and managing both staff and line functions in varying industries. Paulette is a former partner at a national executive search firm, and was Managing Director of North Carolina at Lee Hecht Harrison, a global HR-solutions company. Her success is attributed to the implementation of solid human resources practices, excellent relationship management and a strong focus on quality – under her leadership, the offices of Lee Hecht Harrison consistently received President’s Quality and Team Awards.
Prior to leading businesses, Paulette spent ten years at Duke Energy in a variety of Human Resources Management roles, followed by five years at DukeSolutions, an unregulated subsidiary of Duke Energy. Paulette holds a M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a B.A. in Psychology from Davidson College.

Exit Brookshire Freeway (I-277) South. Take Exit 1E and follow to South Blvd/Caldwell Street Ramp. Turn right onto South Blvd. At the next light, turn left onto Stonewall Street. Next light, turn right onto Brevard Street.

Parking:
