1) The Referral Engine: Teaching Your Business to Market Itself, by John Jantsch

If referrals can help your business, this is a very useful book. Lots of meaty ideas that are actionable today. The author has developed an integrated, holistic plan to source and deliver referrals to your firm. You do not have to dig hard to get to the nuggets of gold, and there are many nuggets here.

Fantastic book on how to make effective presentations. It is fun, easy to read and full of useful applications and examples. The book can easily be accused of having too much information. It provides detailed advice and requires you to think; the concepts are sound and proven. Bottom line, your presentations will improve dramatically.
As a reminder, you don’t have to read the book! The facilitator will share the main principles from the book with the group.
Don Minges will facilitate this stimulating discussion.
